We are looking for a superstar Associate Creative Director to become a member of our family and help shepherd brands to greatness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will play a key role in helping to shape the clients’ marketing initiatives and meeting or exceeding their goals, objectives and implementation of mission-critical tactics. As an Associate Creative Director, your role will also include shaping the creative team to help them maximize their potential.

This Associate Creative Director reports directly to a CD and is a talented creative leader who brings ingenuity and experience in healthcare marketing.

Performance Requirements:

Objective – Help create an environment where creativity is limitless.

Works independently and with copywriters and/or art support to ideate and execute concepts, (for advertising – broadcast/video, print, direct, sales materials, interactive, etc.) which are creative and consistent with strategy

Presents work with knowledge and flair; defends work with logic, creativity and (appropriate) passion

Analyzes and researches scientific or medical data, including clinicals and scientific platforms, and makes recommendations regarding use of this data to enhance marketing advantages for specific products as well as disease awareness

Transforms complex material into crisp, simple stories

Reviews copy of a technical or medical nature to assure accuracy of content

Demonstrates the ability to review existing materials, gather appropriate in-house resources, and identify further research needs to begin a project

Delivers work within allotted time and budget

Incorporates ideas and makes revisions in response to the criticisms of other team members and clients

Prepares comprehensive and appropriate questions for account team, clients, and related interviews. Leverages interview opportunities by asking pointed follow-up questions and probing on unexpected answers and directions

Maintains responsibility for project through proofing, reviewing and signing off on all revisions and production phases

Stays current on industry practices and regulatory requirements that affect medical content and copy

Adheres to agency and client standards regarding copy format; the naming, transferring and treatment of electronic files; revisions and proofreading

Maintains up to date time sheet entry according to agency standards

Handle references and annotations when needed according to client submission systems

Attends med-reg-legal meetings to navigate and appropriately negotiate solutions to their concerns

Maintains a productive and inclusive relationship with Creative Director while also acting as a leader on assigned accounts and teams

Must be willing to travel as needed

Other responsibilities may be assigned

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience with experience on FDA approved pharmaceutical products

Bachelor of Science degree in related field, preferred

Diverse experience across HCP and consumer (patients) desired

Demonstrates a strong digital creative presence throughout the creative department
