A blend of both Dedicated and Contingency, but slightly less priority than Dedicated. For searchs where the client and TSI partner to add the highest quality staff to your company. Fee is computed as a percentage of first-year’s compensation. You pay us 20% to initiate the search and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.
We refer candidates who most closely match your company’s requirements. If you hire someone we’ve presented, our fee is a percentage of the anticipated first-year’s compensation. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
