SUMMARY

Position opening  for EVP, Director of Strategy located in New York.      EVP, Director of Strategy, has in-depth knowledge of integrated marketing, analytics, digital strategy, and CRM disciplines (including primary research, customer segmentation, targeting, direct marketing, customer care)

We are looking for uniquely talented individuals that combine intelligence and experience with drive and passion for what they do.

A strong critical/conceptual thinker able to distill insights, write tight briefs and partner with internal disciplines and clients to drive powerful omni-channel ideas forward.

DAY TO DAY
  • Managing a group of 6+ people with different levels of seniority and expertise
  • Developing and managing the research process to develop, and champion, brand platforms and marketing strategy
  • Develop and facilitate client-facing workshops and strategic planning exercises
  • Managing and coordinating multiple strategy projects across internal teams and client relationships
  • Briefing and overseeing creative deliverables to ensure they align with insights and strategic guidance
  • Serve as key thought leader in aligning strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives
  • Develop written deliverables that demonstrate superior strategic insight into client business and marketing objectives
  • Strong ability to create and drive the overarching strategic narrative in new business situations
  • Comfort moderating workshops and fluent in different methods of research
  • Create strategic roadmaps that are prioritized based on business objectives and organizational feasibility
A HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE HAS
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 12-15 years of consumer/consumer health strategic planning experience
  • Very strong presentation, organizational and management skills
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of Digital Strategy, CRM, Analytics and Brand Planning
  • Manage staff of 6 plus
