SUMMARY

As an Account Supervisor, you will be a leader in the Client Services department. Your job will be to build strong, mutually trusting relationships with their clients and to partner with their creative, project and technical counterparts to develop innovative world-class creative and content solutions.

THE DAY TO DAY
  • Builds strong client and team relationships
  • Is an expert in the client’s business, products and competitive market place, business and marketing objectives and cross-channel marketing strategy
  • Oversees the daily account management activities and functions as a key daily contact for Clients
  • Manages multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously – working closely with the leads in project management and creative
  • Identifies e-opportunities and recommends e-marketing strategies both internally and externally to achieve them
  • Collaborates with all other members of the internal agency project teams to deliver innovative and effective interactive marketing solutions
  • Is financially accountable for on budget engagements and revenue growth
  • Collaborates with senior account and creative leadership to develop in-depth interactive marketing and project-level strategic recommendations
  • Is able to develop and write insightful measurement and analysis reports against a range of online tactics
  • Mentors and manages junior team members such as Account Executives
THE MUST HAVES
  • Minimum 5-7 years in account management at an advertising agency
  • At least 1-3 years of which must be at an interactive advertising agency
  • Experience in developing a full range of e-marketing tactics including website builds, online advertising banners including rich media, email marketing
  • The idea candidate has pharmaceutical marketing experience (e.g. direct-to-consumer, direct-to-professional, etc) and extensive knowledge of the regulatory process
  • Bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement
